We accomplish this by challenging our caregivers to provide innovative health care services and by pursuing the most effective ways of treating residents. We believe our residents, through personal initiative, professional guidance, and encouragement, can attain the highest quality of life possible.
How We Foster the Best Staff Possible
Green Meadows caregivers are treated fairly and are encouraged to learn and continually develop their skills. Each caregiver is committed to giving everything they have to each resident they work with. Our staff receives the support they need to develop new skills that keep up with the evolution of innovative health care services that create the best outcomes possible for residents.

Danielle Geoghegan, Admissions Director
My name is Danielle Geoghegan I have been working in Long Term care for 14 years, I have experience as CNA, Business Office Manager, and Admission Director. I have a Bachelors of Science in Health Administration and I love working in Long Term Care; having the ability to take care of the ones who took care of us is an amazing feeling. Interacting with individuals and helping with the transition into the facility allows me to have personalized relationships with our residents. I enjoy being the go-to person and a problem solver, my goal daily is to be better overall then I was the day before. These residents are my extended family and it is extremely fulfilling to be able to help them.
